Building a great company requires starting with great people. CCI has been built by multi-disciplinary team trained
in engineering, operations, and sales, combined with an innovative, committed, and loyal work force. We believe our
people are key to providing excellent support, high quality products, and services.
Mike Ziegler - Owner/Project Manager / E-mail: mziegler@cci-inc.net
Mike has worked in the electrical field for over 30 years working in union and non-union environments,
with extensive experience in fire alarm and fire life safety controls. He also has more than 20 years HVAC control
experience as a supervisor and installer, working closely with many Las Vegas area general, electrical and
mechanical contractors. As technology advanced, so did his knowledge and experience, culminating in the success of
Control Contractors, Inc. Mike have been known as an innovator as well as an excellent manager and leader.

Stacy had been working over 15 years in the commercial HVAC programming, engineering and design. Certified by Delta
and Tour Andover Controls, he has been working for CCI over 7 years.
Shawn Petru - Senior Technician / E-mail: spetru@cci-inc.net
Shawn has over 5 years experience in installation, start-up, and troubleshooting of control systems. He is certified
by Delta Controls. Shawn loves sports and dogs.
Paul Niemeyer - Master Electrician
Qualified Employee/Master electrician has extensive background in HVAC Temperature Controls installation, program
start-up, and service. He has been in the Las Vegas, NV area for 35 years and has held a master's electrician's
license for the past 25 years. Paul has been with CCI since the company was established and continues to be
a valuable employee.

Proven Track Record
CCI has a proven track record of giving our customers what they need and want. We achieve high marks from our
customers by working closely with their engineering/maintenance personnel. Our customers are involved in every
aspect of system installations and maintenance. From system design and layout to Programming, Engineering,
Commissioning, and Maintenance, we will embark upon a lasting relationship allowing our customers to control as
much of their system installation, operation & maintenance as they desire. System documentation, recorded drawings
and programs are maintained on-site and controlled by a composite team made up of both our customers designated
representatives and our of representatives.
